These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and CargoLoom Logistics. By accessing our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

CargoLoom Logistics provides freight management, transportation, and logistics solutions. All shipments are subject to the specific terms outlined in the Bill of Lading or Service Agreement associated with the specific cargo.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• Quotes provided are estimates based on information provided and are subject to change if shipment details vary.
• Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a premium service contract.

3. Payment and Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. All payments must be made in US Dollars.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CargoLoom Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
